This student housing project, that broke ground in September 2008, includes two new, wood-framed student housing buildings on a seven-acre site in Cortland, NY. Christa, as General Contractor, worked along with a private developer, The United Development Corporation to build a place for students to socialize and experience student life.

The two wood-framed buildings are comprised of 89 apartment-style units made up of 4 bedroom suites with 2 baths and 1 kitchen per suite. State-of-the-art technology is integrated into the units, providing a safe and modern space for students to study and call their home. Amenities feature free cable, internet, utilities, free workout facility on-site, lounges, game rooms, laundry facilities, 24-hour secure building, and free parking.
